Jen Howell, joined Bay Biomedical as a managing member in 2022 and leads our leading our daily operations and logistics.  As the head of Operations, Jen ensures that our organization runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to focus on our core mission of improving healthcare access both domestically and abroad. Her keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and understanding of the healthcare industry enable her to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and maintain seamless communication across stakeholders.
